Have you ever received the question: why we need to take care about explosion protection because all devices we purchased are Ex? Is that not enough?
Similar question at least once a week we do receive.
Let us ask the question in a different way, what you do to maintain Ex integrity of all purchased devices and combined technologies for the total lifetime on site?! and how you take the overall responsibility for all of it?
