what about flammable mists? how to handle?
IEC 60079-14 says:
“This standard does not apply to:
…
– electrical installations in areas where the hazard is due to flammable mist; ….”
- Flammable mist is E.g aerosol.
- Flammable Mist – Droplets of flammable liquid, dispersed in air, so as to form a hazardous atmosphere.
Even if it is not covered by the standard, same approach does apply.
